MicroCraft inkjet printers deliver high-quality results with extremely short cycle times for various applications, such as legend printing, etch resist printing, and selective solder mask printing. The selective and digital printing process opens new opportunities with sensitive materials and new methods to save costs, time and floor space while reducing process steps.
The MicroCraft inkjet can be equipped with 1, 2, 4, or 8 print heads ranging from 2.4pl to 13pl droplet size. Panel size can be configured up to 1220 x 1120 mm. With a frequency of up to 100 kHz and 1024 nozzles per print head, resolutions of up to 3600 dpi can be achieved.
The system can be equipped and used with two different inks simultaneously. Thanks to the exceptional automatic ink circulation system no unnecessary ink is wasted. Additional features include an automatic print head cleaning system and automatic quality control via an integrated AOI system. Automation is supported by loading and unloading systems.
