Using an Infrared laser, silver (Ag) or copper (Cu) nanoparticles are melting extremely quickly in nanoinks, so that high speed sintering is possible and the reduction of heat effect on the substrate, as it does not absorb the laser radiation.
An integrated real-time temperature measurement directly in the focal area of the workpiece enables permanent monitoring of the emitting process heat, precise quality control and the lowest possible resistance of the printed conductive tracks.
