Pröll offers non-conductive, but formable and backmoldable IMD/FIM screen printing inks for printed electronics applications. Besides the proven two-comp. inks such as NORIPHAN® XMR and XWR, there is a new carbon-free black color shade available for the one-comp. ink NORIPHAN® HTR N, based on non-conductive Spinel pigments. The opaque black shades of these inks can be used for decorating films as well as for back printing of conductive pastes within functional capacitive touch IMD/FIM parts due to their high electric resistances. Those inks can also be used as washout barrier during the injection molding process while showing outstanding adhesion in compound and long-term durability in the final IMD/FIM part.
Pröll supplies high-tech screen printing stencils for printed electronics as well.
