SPOLD and DDL for precise, thermal laser sintering
Using infrared lasers SPOLD or DDL, conductive inks or pastes are sintered in extremely short time intervals, so that not only high production efficiency is possible, but also the heat effect on the substrate can be reduced, as it does not absorb the laser radiation of 940 nm.
In particular, the use of line optics with an 80 mm wide top-hat beam profile increases the scalable production of printed electronics compared to existing thermal technologies. The laser modules are designed to be integrated into a roll-to-roll production system.
