Within CEA-Liten, the flexible and hybrid electronics unit specializes in creating smart surfaces and objects with integrated electronic functionalities, such as printed circuits, antennas, sensors, and actuators. The unit operates a specialized platform featuring a 1000m² clean room for processing large substrates. This platform is equipped with tools for front-end and back-end processing, thin-film deposition, and post-processing activities. Additionally, it offers advanced characterization techniques and printed circuit design tools, making it a comprehensive resource for advancing flexible and hybrid electronics.
