The SE-FORM ink, thanks to its compatibility with thermoforming and overmolding techniques, allows manufacturing of functionalized objects with pronounced reliefs/designs. By combining elasticity and mechanical resistance, the layers printed with the SE-FORM can undergo the thermoforming heat-stretching process without breaking and resist the pressurized polycarbonate injection. This ink has been designed to be versatile, with a low resistivity when not-stretched (≤ 20 mΩ/sq/mil or 5.10-7 Ω.m), a moderate increase in resistivity after thermoforming (≤ 300 mΩ/sq/mil or 7,6.10-6 Ω.m), and stability at high temperatures (tested at 240°C for one hour and 300°C for 15 seconds).
