Printed Touch sensors are interesting for a wide spectrum of applications. Classic systems include buttons or sliders, e.g. for a simple human machine interface, more innovative concepts can be implemented through touchless gesture sensing technology. Printed electrodes just use a fraction of the space consumed with rigid circuit boards and are therefore suitable to be integrated in existing product surfaces. The layouts can be designed custom for the application and are printed directly on the surface without the need of glueing or transfer foils. Our direct printing process is suitable for many different surfaces, e.g. curved, structured or even rough surfaces. Besides the functionalisation we also offer solutions for connecting to classic electronics hardware and developing the overall system. Integrated in the binder group we also offer electronic manufacturing service, so we can take care of all steps from idea to series production.
