CPA8165CV is one of our auto loader/unloader systems, designed to support automation for our CraftPix inkjet printer series. These systems enable unattended printing operations on a large number of panels. There are two types: the conveyor type and the the stacker type. The conveyor type is the preferred option for users who want to integrate their existing machinery.

The auto loader/unloader is operated by connecting the existing loader and unloader machinery to the conveyors on the left and right sides of the CPA machine. Panels are transferred from the user's loader onto the conveyor where it is fed to a position where it is aligned and picked up by a transfer arm. The panel is held securely with suction and is transferred for printing. The transfer arm is equipped with a rotation mechanism, which can be set to flip a board for double-sided printing automatically. The board is unloaded to the conveyor once printing is completed.
