CEA printed and hybrid electronics unit develops a wide range of transducers (e.g., antennas/filters, sensors, actuators, organic TFT circuits, …) on a variety of substrates from rigid to stretchable (ex. glass, plastic, paper, biobased, biocompatible, ...).
In the frame of the EU project SmartEES (Grant agreement ID: 872076) CEA developed together with the company PLUX a wearable device for cardiac and respiration monitoring. CEA worked on the development of the printed ECG electrodes, strain gages and conductive tracks on a stretchable substrate.
