50µm thin lines are already a reality!  When, thanks to NORCOP’s plasma nanocoating technology, the correct Ink-Substrate coupling is achieved, ink spreading is controlled, and adhesion is optimised.  The resulting thin, highly symmetrical lines, are pinhole-free with minimised resistivity and exhibit straight edges having a very small deviation from the real screen opening (± 0,5%).  These prevent the formation of short-circuits and hotspots, while reducing ink consumption.
